Position 1 Cash Office Attendant  

Education 12th/ 10th Grade Complete/ 12/ 10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ/ ች  

Experience Minimum of 2 years connate banking experience/ 2 ዓመት በባንክ ተያያዥ የሥራ ልምድ ያላት/ ለው  

Place of Work Adama District Operation  

Position 2 Grade I Branch Business Manager  

Education BA Degree in Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Business- related fields.  

Experience 6 Years and above Banking experience, experience in administrative position is advantages.  

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the overall banking operation activities in the branch.  

• Participate in the Preparation of the Branch’s budget and track its implementation,  

• Ensure effective and proper utilization of resources;

• Analyze needs, asses the capacities of staff, and propose nonstop education (e.g. training plan, TOT, seminars);  

• Coach and mentor employees within the branch towards effective career development,  

• Set goals, objects, performance standards and signs an agreement with performers, and evaluate the periodic performance of his/ her subordinates.  

• Prepare, Review and upon approval, submit functional reports to applicable organs and work closely with the branch teams for same,  

• Manage  correctional concerns of the Branch’s staff.

Position 3 Grade I Branch Operation Manager  

Education BA Degree in Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Business- related fields.  

Experience 5 Years and above Banking experience, experience in administrative position is advantages.

General Duties and Responsibilities  

• Participate in the Development of Branch plans (similar as functional plan, marketing plans and sales plan) and objectives and review and consolidate same.  

• Coordinate and manage the overall banking operation activities in the branch.  

• Participate in the Preparation of the Branch’s budget and track its implementation,  

• Ensure effective and proper utilization of resources;  

• Analyze needs, asses the capacities of staff, and propose  nonstop education (e.g. training plan, TOT, seminars);  

• Coach and mentor employees within the branch towards effective career development,  

• Set goals, objectives, performance standards of the team’s in collaboration with Branch Manager and signs an agreement with performers, and evaluate the periodic performance of his/ her subordinates.  

• Prepare, Review and upon approval, submit functional reports to applicable organs and work closely with the branch teams for same,  

• Manage correctional concerns of the Branch’s staff.

Position 4 Grade I Branch Manager  

Education MA/ BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or other Business Related Field.  

Experience6/8 years banking experience, Experience in a administrative role is advantagious

General Duties and Responsibilities
