SIKET Bank S.C. invites interested and qualified applicants for the following positions.
Siket Bank( formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C.) was held at the Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.
The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance services when full banking services are launched.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Educational Requirements: A minimum of a BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline.
Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Place of Work: Dire Dawa and Jigjiga Branches
Position 2: Junior Talent Acquisition Officer
Educational Requirements: A minimum of a BA Degree from a recognized advanced learning institution in Human Resources Management/ Business Management/ Management/ Business Administration, or a business-related field of study.
Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Banking work experience.
Place of Work At Head Office
Position 3: Administrative Assistant
Educational Requirements: A minimum of a BA degree from a recognized advanced learning institution in Administrative Office Management or a related field of discipline.
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office and Arada District Office
Position 4: Branch Controller
Educational Requirements: A minimum of a BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline.
Work Experience: Three( 3) years of Banking work experience as a Branch Controller or further in an applicable position is mandatory.

Position 5: Cashier
Educational Requirements: A minimum of a BA Degree from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline.
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience as a Cashier or further in an applicable position is mandatory.

Position 6: Talent Acquisition Officer
Educational Requirements: A minimum of a BA Degree from a recognized advanced learning institution in Human Resources Management/ Business Management/ Management/ Business Administration, or a business-related field of study.
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience.

Position 7: Senior Talent Acquisition Officer
Educational Requirements: A minimum of a BA Degree from a recognized advanced learning institution in Human Resources Management/ Business Management/ Management/ Business Administration, or a business-related field of study.
Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years of Banking work experience.
