Addis Ababa City Courts invites qualified and educated applicants for the colorful positions. The City Courts shall have First Instance Courts and Appellate Courts. A First Instance Court shall have first instance jurisdiction over matters falling under the jurisdiction of the City Courts. The Appellate Court shall entertain appeals over the decisions of the first instance court and other bodies entrusted with judi ial power The City Courts shall execute their functions in accordance with applicable laws. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 42, decisions rendered by the appellate Court shall be final.
