- Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of IFB experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent role.
- Required Skills: Knowledge of IFB operations and Sharia compliance; business development, deposit mobilization, and financial performance management; leadership, staff supervision, and operational risk management.

- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa and Welete
- Job Grade: XII
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of banking experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent position.
- Required Skills: Branch operations, banking services, and financial management; leadership, team management, and customer relationship management; loan administration, transaction supervision, and operational reporting.
Position 4: Branch Manager I – Welete
