Position 1 Principal – Public Relations and CSR Officer

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Journalism & Communication, Language and Literature, or Economics plus a minimum of eight( 8) years of related experience. Masters in a Business-related field( added advantage)  The job holder is responsible for handling the public relations and commercial social responsibility activities of the Bank. She studies and carries out public relations tasks to improve public awareness and understanding of the Bank. Upon approval from the supervisor, prepare and release colorful newsworthy information regarding the Bank.

Position 2 Senior – Risk Management Officer  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Financial Economics, Risk Management, and Economics or BSc in Statistics with a minimum of 5( Five) years of applicable experience in financial risk modeling and management.

Masters in Business related field( added advantage).  The job holder is responsible to study and carry out promotion and branding tasks to improve public awareness and understanding of the Bank. She undertakes studies and carries out branding and promotion tasks to improve public awareness and understanding of the bank. She builds a commercial image to maintain a reputation for quality.

Position 6 Director – Planning & Business Intelligence Directorate  

Qualification & Experience Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Economics plus a minimum of twelve( 12) years ’ experience, with at least three( 3) years in a directorial position working on planning, monitoring & business intelligence-related areas in a financial institution. The job holder is responsible for the Bank’s planning, monitoring, and business intelligence activities. S/ he ensures the completion of the planning process on time, monitors and evaluates the plan implementation against set targets, and recommends measures to keep the plan execution process on track. S/ he directs business intelligence and analytics activities at the Bank.
