Walia Steel Industry (WSI) is a private limited company established in 2006 at Alemgena city of the Oromia Regional State, which is 20 km down from Addis Ababa. It was established with an original capital of Birr (Two Hundred Million Birr) and, in the years to follow, has increased the capital. The company was established with the idea of manufacturing & marketing of steel products. The industry is erected on a total land area of 53,000 square measures. WSI was established with the view of alleviating the acute deficit of construction materials in Ethiopia and supporting the public bid of achieving profitable development by contributing to the harnessing of social problems through job creation for our citizens. When WSI was established, it was the first private Steel industry at that time. Being one of the steel industries in the country and having demonstrated impressively a nippy growth, WSI has fleetly reshaped Ethiopia’s Steel sector and taken initiatives that will expand its operation to the wider African market.

Qualification Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields with minimum work experience of 2 years and above Work experience- minimum 3 years work experience for Diploma or 1 year work experience for BA( HR). Required skill- Report collecting ability

Position 3 Corporate Human Resources Manager
Qualification MA/ BA Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related fields
Work experience minimal 6 years/ applicable experience out of which 4 years as mortal resource manager rather in the industry sector

Qualification BSC in Architectural Engineering or related fields
