Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private company engaged in Real Estate Property marketing and sales. Addis Home Finder provides professional services for Real Estate and home buyers.
The company is formed to make home buying and selling transactions easier by facilitating the process for both parties.
After observing the struggle of Real Estate to request their properties and the confusion of home buyers’ in coming up with the right choice, Addis Home Finder set a goal to be the right link between home buyers and Real Estate and write a new history in contemporizing the sales transaction of the sector.
We're looking for 24 receptionists for our recently opened 12 shops located in colorful corners of Addis Ababa.
Position 1: Junior Accountant
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software( e.g., QuickBooks).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
Previous internship or entry-level accounting experience is a plus.

Position 2: General Service Officer
Job Requirements
BA Degree in management or related fields with 0 – 1- year proven experience in in general service administration
Performance operation
Quality of work with, number of timely reports and deliverables
Internal AHF working units and employees
External Government offices, suppliers, vendors.

Position 3: HR Coordinator
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or applicable certification in Human coffers or a related discipline preferred.
Experience Requirement
Minimum of 3 years in HR collaboration or administrative support, reflecting the functional nature of this role.
Competencies and Professional Skills Required
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
A friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to integrity and teamwork.

Position 4: HR Analyst
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or applicable certification in Human coffers or a related discipline preferred.
Experience Requirement Minimum of 4 years in HR data analysis or reporting campaigners with over 5 years of experience are largely preferred.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience Requirement A minimum of 4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition to ensure strategic alignment with our multi-industry operations.

Conditions
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirement Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits management to meet the strategic demands of this critical part.
