Position 1: Senior Electrical Engineer
Required Qualifications
Bachelorette’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on solar energy systems.
Proven track record of managing solar projects from design to completion, including grid-connected and standalone systems.
Experience in preparing and submitting specialized and financial proposals for solar energy tenders.
Proficiency in electrical design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, PV system, or analogous)related.
Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, energy storage systems, and electrical distribution networks.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to solar energy projects.

Position 2: Business Development and Bid Coordinator
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Renewable Energy (MSc), or a related discipline is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business development, bid management, and backing accession, with at least two years in the renewable energy sector.
Proven track record of securing backing through grants, proposals, and investment applications, particularly for solar energy projects.
Demonstrated success in managing complex bids and delivering high-quality proposals that result in contract awards.

Position 3: Senior Procurement and Logistics Officer
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
3. Strong knowledge of transnational trade, customs clearance, and import/ export regulations.
4. Excellent concession, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or related).
6. Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Fluency in English (written and spoken); fresh languages are a plus.
