Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management or political economy or Accounting & Finance or selling or Banking & Finance, Business Administration or business connected field of study with 3 years’ work expertise in banking of operations out of that one years in higher-up position.
The Branch Manager arrange, coach and coordinate the activities of the branch Motivates and coaches the client service officers accountable for the delivery of top quality service, Participate in development, growth and management of client and business relationships inside the branch.
