Transition Manufacturing Plc was established in July 2006 in China, for the purpose of manufacturing mobile phone apparatus, software development, different electronics, home appliances, and construction. 

In General, it's a high-tech Company specializing in the Research &amp Development, production, sale, and service of mobile & communication products. 
Transition Manufacturing would like to invite competent, good, and interested candidates for the following positions. 

Position 1: Junior Artificial Engineer 

Qualifications: BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. 
Work Experience: 0 years of affiliated work experience. 
The roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to 
Participate in new machine fitting, from human, machine, material, method, and environmental, five aspects, summarize test and trouble spots, participate in the test and review, and confirm the improvement plan. 
Prepare FMECA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) reports. 
Prepare Amharic operating and inspecting procedures from Chinese procedures. 
Arrange and organize departmental documents. 
Study workload and set labour standards. 
Examine the ergonomics of the workshop and work to ensure employee safety.

Position 2: Junior Process Engineer 

Educational Qualification: BSc in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. 
Work Experience: 0 years of related work experience. 
The roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to 
 Monitor and evaluate 4M1E factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) daily to ensure stable production flow and propose improvement conduct. 
Identify production problems, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventative measures, and ensure issues don't recur. 
Maintain and improve production records, forms, and documentation related to daily activities. 
Lead the execution of assembly processes, allocate force with line leaders, and ensure process adherence on the shop bottom. 
Analyze production line crucial Performance Indicators( KPIs), identify performance gaps, develop improvement plans, and drive nonstop improvement initiatives. 
Propose and lead actions aimed at enhancing productivity, improving quality, and reducing manufacturing costs. 
Prepare and update training materials, deliver online training, conduct assessments, and evaluate operator competency regularly.

Position 3: Junior Machine Engineer 

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. 
Work Experience 0 times of related work experience. 

Major duties include 
Perform regular estimation and preventative maintenance on the production outfit to ensure stable and accurate performance. 
Manage outfit and spare corridor procurement, maintain maintenance logs, and ensure proper attestation and record operation. 
Diagnose and resolve major equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and ensure nonstop production. 
Lead the validation and acceptance of recently introduced equipment, ensuring effective integration into the product process. 
Prepare and maintain essential outfit-related documents, including outfit checklists, maintenance schedules, outfit resumes, and periodic maintenance plans. 
Collect, dissect, and ameliorate data related to outfit malfunctions, institution failures, and recurring machine-related problems.

Position 4: Junior Repair Engineer 

Educational qualification Level IV, V in electronics. 
Work Experience 0 times (new graduates drink ) 

Major duties include 
Prepare diurnal maintenance and repair reports for rejected materials. 
Analyze blights found in both incoming and in-process materials, identify root causes, and provide feedback to responsible departments for corrective action. 
Verify and ensure the quality and functionality of repaired products before release. 
Continuously update specialized skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and applicable specialized publications. 
Achieve assigned repair productivity targets while maintaining required quality standards. 
Perform repairs, rework, testing, and full documentation of all service activities as per company procedures. 
Complete repairs within specified timelines and return products as per turnaround requirements. 
Support workshop upkeep and ensure a clean, safe, and healthy working environment.
