The Marketing Research and Development Division reports to the Corporate Marketing and Sales department and performs the following activities.

Identifies and determines the scope of marketing research requirements, including secondary research and research design/ perpetration.

Planned, managed, coordinated & directed the company’s agrarian development and agro-processing functions throughout the country.
Oversees and ensures the timely development of functional plans for the farms and agro-processing units.
Initiates the need for and designs a framework of applicable agrarian development policies, strategies, and guidelines after approval from the company’s top management.
Oversees and ensures core functional functions similar to planting seeding, weeding, collecting, and quality inspection in the plantations farms and agro-processing units.
Provides specialized specifications for the purchase of raw materials( seeds, pesticides, fertilizer, etc.); machinery, and spares as well as participates in the purchasing decisions.
Ensures the planning, assignment, and proper utilization of the applicable functional coffers & services( personnel, material, outfit, etc.) on all plantation farms and agro-processing units.
Ensures that functional policies, guidelines, and procedures are strictly stuck at all farms and agro-processing units.
