Position 1: Junior Architect
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or related field, with 0 years of experience. experience
A professional who attained a practicing professional mastermind, PPAR, design license given by the Authority Having Jurisdiction in Ethiopia. City/ Regional license is preferable..
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence, with Planning skills.

Position 2: Site Engineer
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 6 years of experience, of which at least 2 years at a senior position.
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent customer-facing and internal communication chops. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and time management skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Planning skills

Position 3: Senior Architect
JOB REQUIREMENT
Master's degree in Architecture, or related field with 4-year experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 6-year experience, and must complete at least 5 projects within their prescribed project schedule and prescribed project budget.
A professional who attained a practicing professional Architect, PPAR, design license given by the Authority Having Jurisdiction in Ethiopia. City/ Regional license is preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal chops.
Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
Planning, organizing, coordinating, and enforcing skills
Negotiation skill, coaching skill, interpersonal skill
Should have a good understanding of Architectural designs with introductory knowledge of Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing designs.
