Position 1 Senior – Data Analytics and Information Systems Auditor
Educational Qualification Required
BSc in Data Sciences, Statistics, or related field plus a minimum of six( 6) years proven experience as a Data Analyst or related role which is rather in an Audit or Risk Management within the banking or financial services industry. Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), pukka Fraud Examiner (CFE), or pukka Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are an added advantage. The job holder is responsible for analyzing and interpreting large volumes of financial and functional data to identify risks, describe anomalies, and provide precious insights to enhance the Bank’s internal controls and risk management processes. Heor she will directly contribute to maintaining the Bank’s compliance with nonsupervisory requirements and mitigating implicit risks. He or she will work ncloselywith auditors and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, automate audit processes, and deliver data-driven audit reports. Position 2 Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
Educational Qualification Required
BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics plus a minimum of 8 years of applicable banking experience of which 3 years in an administrative position. The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budgets, functional plans, and activity and progress reports. Place of Work Interest-Free Banking (IFB) Branches in Jimma Town
