Position 1 Junior Nurse
Qualification Requirement
BSC Degree in Nursing from locally or foreign accredited institutions.
Work Experience
Special Knowledge & Skill
- Proficiency in the use of computers Main duties and responsibilities
- Prepares patients for examination and treatment by escorting them from the staging area to the exam room and taking histories and vital signs
- Triages and responds to patient communications within practice policy
- Prepares, cleans, and maintains exam and treatment rooms
- Perform nursing procedures and activities as needed. Examples, catheterization, NG tube insertion, NG feeding, suctioning, hygiene care, Vital subscribe, and medication administration.
- Collect all investigation results on time and report any abnormality in the patient’s condition immediately to the duty physician
- Count and check all medications during handover and subscribe to the medication form
- Communicate all material job-related information to the coming shift, for example, usage of new forms, new outfits, etc
- Label infection prevention buckets with the preparation dates and change solutions accordingly

Position 2 ICU Nurse
Qualification Requirement
BSC Degree in Nursing from locally or foreign accredited institutions.
Work Experience
Two years and over.
Special Knowledge & Skill
- Proficiency in the use of computers The ICU nanny is responsible for the following tasks
- ICU nanny is responsible for evaluating a case’s condition and administering treatment, as well as furnishing constant support throughout recovery time.
- Responsible for critical patient care and support by closely monitoring and managing the patient’s condition, administering technical treatment, medications, and interventions, and providing emotional support to both the case and their family members
- Monitoring and assessing patients ’ progress, promptly relating any unforeseen or subtle changes in their medical condition
- Administer medications using different methods such as intravenous injections, gastric tubes, sublingual, transdermal patches, subcutaneous injections, and oral routes.
- Assisting with intubation, and bedside procedures.
- Providing regular updates on patients ’ progress to doctors, cases, and their families.
- Carrying out approved individual or remedial procedures based on the patient’s clinical status.
- Responding to health extremities and instantly notifying the applicable doctors.
- Evaluating patients ’ laboratory data and vital signs to determine if emergency interventions are necessary.
- Providing nonstop care and support throughout the patient’s recovery journey in the ICU.
- Advocating for patients ’ and families ’ needs, ensuring their concerns and preferences are addressed.
- Offering emotional support to cases and their families during this grueling time.
- Setting up and monitoring medical equipment and devices, similar to ventilators, oxygen delivery devices, transducers, and pressure lines.
- Assessing patients ’ pain levels and determining applicable sedation requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
Position 3 Receptionist
Qualification Requirement
Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Marketing Management, Business Management, Accounting, or other related field from locally or foreign accredited institutions.
Work Experience
Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital is preferable.
Special Knowledge & Skill
- Proficiency in the use of computers The Receptionist is responsible for the following tasks
- Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; and answering or referring inquiries
- Optimizes case satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room application by scheduling appointments in the most effective manner
- Comforts cases by anticipating cases ’ anxieties; answering cases ’ questions
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area to show a professional image and maintain the frontal office force; anticipate and acquire needed supplies on time

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls to answer questions, refer to another department, or transfer to specialists.
- Receiving incoming calls and routing them to the applicable department or individual
- Responding to incoming calls in an applicable manner, based on call type and content.
- Providing information about the services over the phone, including scheduling movables.
- Assisting with internal communications by answering phones and relaying messages within the medical center.
- Providing post-call follow-up to ensure that customers have been satisfied with the experience.
Position 5 Senior Accountant
Qualification Requirement (Job Specification)
BA Degree in Accounting from a local or Foreign Accredited Institution.
Work experience
Three years of work experience as an accountant in medical centers or hospitals
Two years ’ work experience in credit bills management( working experience in managing international credit insurance companies like Cigna, Henner, and original insurance companies will give the candidate a better chance to be selected for this position)
Special Skill and Knowledge
- Proficiency in the use of Computers, and Peachtree accounting.
- Accountable to the General Accounts Manager, the elderly accountant has the following major duties and responsibilities
- Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while handling it appropriately and per company policy.
- Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
- Supervise and oversee the plans and programs related to the collection
- Ensure prompt reimbursement policies and that all delinquent amounts are timely collected from the debtors.
- Evaluate the accounts periodically and record the amount of collection
- Prepare all collection and credit reports and statements
- Identify current and implicit problems in proper revenue management
- Suggest remedial measures to solve all outstanding financial issues in consultation with the department employees and elderly management.
- Maintain good customer relations and give client service in line with the issues and complaints raised by guests.
