Position 1: Logistics Assistant 

Job conditions 
 Completed a Bachelor’s degree 
 Willingness to learn 
The candidate must demonstrate initiative and be capable of working independently, flexibly, and responsively. 
The individual must possess high levels of personal and professional integrity. 
The individual directly reports to the Head of Logistics. Responsibilities will include 
 Handling container stuffing photos 
 Handling typewriting 
 Following container stuffing process with the assigned certificates' lot numbers to the correct customer 
 Checking empty containers have no defects & are fit for food grade 
I am responsible for adhering to the bag marking process and supporting the warehouse team by timely delivery of printed jute bags, craft papers, and grain pro bags. 
The General Manager may assign additional tasks as needed. 

Position 2: Head of Warehouse 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, agriculture, or a related field. 
A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management is required, with a preference for experience in coffee, agrarian commodities, or export operations. 
The candidate should possess a strong understanding of inventory management systems and storehouse procedures. 
Familiarity with green coffee running, grading, and import logistics is highly desirable. 

Skills & Competencies 
I possess strong organizational and leadership skills. 
I pay close attention to detail and accuracy when managing inventory. 
The ability to work under pressure and meet shipping deadlines is also a strength. 
I possess strong communication and coordination skills. 
I possess a thorough understanding of the safety and quality standards that apply to warehouse operations. 
 Preferred Experience 
I have gained experience in collaborating with coffee exporters. 
Experience in managing warehouse processes and procedures is also preferred. 

Position 3: Head of sustainability 

Job requirements 
 Experience in acquiring and maintaining Rainforest Alliance instruments 
 Minimum 5 years working in sustainability, ideally within the coffee sector 
 High levels of  particular motivation initiative 
 Willingness to travel outside of Addis Ababa regularly 
Fluency in Amharic is required; proficiency in English is also required. 

Main Responsibilities 
Develop a sustainability strategy in collaboration with the senior management, ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and incorporates input from various stakeholders. 
Management of the Ama Commitment Charity. 
Monitor, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability program implementations. 
Identify areas of inefficiency and unsustainable commercial practices. 
Manage certification process and procedures. 
Forge relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders and leverage these connections towards conducting successful sustainability projects.
