Qualifications 
 • Bachelor’s degree 
 • Sales experience 
 • Proven experience as a real estate salesperson is preferable

Position 2: Purchase/Procurement Officer 

Qualifications 
 • Bachelor's degree 
 • Applicable work experience as a purchaser or procurement personnel in a real estate is preferable 
 • Networking with trusted suppliers 
• Basic computer skills.

Position 3: Front Desk Coordinator 

Qualifications 
 • Bachelor's degree 
 • former applicable work experience as a Receptionist or customer service in a real estate is preferable 
 • Basic computer skills, including printers and scanners and other digital office equipment 
• Exposure to office event coordination.
