Position 1 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE  

JOB SUMMARY  

This position is responsible for providing clients guests with primary  position information about the bank and  separate units ’ function,  maintaining the office look and ambiance and organizing the departmental/ branch records and correspondences with internal and external  customers and perform secretarial duties.  

JOB REQUIREMENT  

Bachelor’s in marketing, Management, SSOM and related fields.  No experience required. Only applicants who have graduated After September 30, 2022 are eligible to apply.  

Position 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER II  

JOB SUMMARY  

This position is responsible for serving customers, pay and receive cash and process transactions, sell the products and services of the bank,  acquire new customers, and open and maintain  client accounts and manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction with  full effort and maximum care as per the policy and procedure of the bank.  JOB REQUIREMENT  Educational Qualification Required  Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and auditing, business administration or economics, or related fields.  Minimum Work Experience  Greater than 2 years applicable experience.  

Position 3 LITIGATION OFFICER  

JOB SUMMARY  

This position is responsible for litigatingnon-complex cases, attending court proceedings and drafting pleadings, to serve notices and other  court orders on to parties.  

JOB REQUIREMENT  

Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Law.  At least 3 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer level II or original  

Position 4 SINIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER-

JOB SUMMARY  

This position is responsible for ensuring that goods or services are acquired from the right source and delivered according to contractual  agreements and ensuring that the bank gets the most value for money, updating the status of the work and follow up until delivery and  developing strong  connections with the user department.  

JOB demand  

Educational Qualification Required Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounts, Business Administration, Management, Public  Administration, or related fields..  minimal Work Experience At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer level I or original.  

Position 5 SINIOR CONTRACT MANAGEMENT OFFICER –  

JOB SUMMARY  

This position is responsible for conducting and collecting business contracts; research contract’s terms, alerting parties to renewals or  extensions and tracking all communications between their employer and  colorful accounts.  

JOB REQUIREMENT  

Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.  At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer level I or original.  

Position 6 SINIOR CREDIT APPRAISAL  

OFFICER- 

JOB SUMMARY  

The main purpose of the job is to ensure the credit risk and due diligence assessment (Clients’ credit worthiness) has been made as per the  applicable rules and regulation, Bank’s credit policy and procedures, and credit risk assessment techniques.  

JOB REQUIREMENT  

Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.  

At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer  position I or original.  

Position 7 PRINCIPAL CREDIT APPRAISAL  OFFICER- 

JOB SUMMARY  This position is responsible for coordinating the credit risk due diligence assessment, monitor and process loan applications and appraisal  processes to ensure the success of the Unit.  

JOB REQUIREMENT  

Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.  

At least 5 years applicable experience with 1 years as elderly Officer as a Professional/ Expert  

Position 8 SENIOR AUDITOR  

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the actuality of proper control over every activity and processes carried out by  business units and to safeguard the organization from  colorful risks and review the acceptability and effectiveness of the Bank’s internal control.  

JOB REQUIREMENT  

Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance and Auditing or related field.  At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as Auditor or equivalent.  

Position 9 PRINCIPAL AUDITOR  

This position is responsible for evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the bank’s internal control,  threat management and  governance system to give assurance and consulting service to  operation on special examinations.  

JOB REQUIREMENT  

Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance and Auditing or related fields.  

At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Auditor as a Professional/ Expert 

Position 10 LEAD, RELATIONSHIP MANAGER  

JOB SUMMARY  This division level position is responsible for acquisition of new commercial banking clients and the expansion/ retention of existing   connections, underwriting, negotiate and manage complex credit  connections; develop and execute relationship management plans for  high value clients, this includes effectively collaborating with customer support and product teams as well as  elderly management; act in compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable government banking regulations.  

JOB REQUIREMENT  

Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any other applicable field.  At least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years ’ experience as Relationship Manager in a Administrative role.
