Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private company engaged in Real Estate Property marketing and sales. Addis Home Finder provides professional service for Real Estates and home buyers.
The company is formed with the objective of making home buying and selling transaction easier by easing the process for both parties.
After observing the struggle of Real Estates to market their properties and confusion of home buyers’ in coming up with right choice, Addis Home Finder set a goal to be a right link between home buyers and Real Estates and write a new history in modernizing the sales transaction of the sector.
Position 1: General Service Officer
Job Requirements
BA Degree in management or related fields with 0 – 1- year proven experience in in general service administration
Performance Management
Quality of work with, number of timely reports and deliverables
Internal AHF working units and employees
External Government offices, suppliers, vendors.
Position 2: Internal Auditor
Job Requirements
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields with at least 4- year proven experience in Auditing activities in analogous organizations
Performance Management
Quality, time and number of investigation reports and deliverables
Internal All AHF working units and employees
External Financial Agencies & Government offices
Position 3: Training and Development Specialist
Qualifications
● BA/ MBA in Management or a related field with a minimum of 7/5 years of experience of
which 2 years is focused in training and development.
● Strong understanding of training design and delivery processes.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to think strategically and implement effective training solutions.
● Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems( LMS).
● Strong logical and problem- solving skills.
