The Hawassa Industrial Park Investors Association (“ HIPIA ”) is an anon-profit-making organization representing the investors working in the Hawassa Industrial Park in the city of Hawassa in Ethiopia. It was incorporated in 2016 and has twenty-two members from India, Sri Lanka, China, Hong Kong, the United States of America, Ethiopia, France, Belgium, Taiwan, and Indonesia. Position 1 Production supervisor
Qualification and Education Background
Bachelor's Degree in Garment Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Good English communication and computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Controlling the quality and quantity of the production line
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the production floor.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.

Position 2 Quality supervisor
Qualification and Education Background
Bachelor's Degree in Garment Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Good English communication and computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the quality control procedures on the production line.
Implement and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with product teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Position 3 Merchandiser
Qualification and Education Background
Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related business field
complete in English communication and computer skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Merchandiser at HIPIA, you will
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
Examiner force levels and assist in replenishment strategies
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize product selection
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory data
