AZ PLC is a company that has been operating in the trading sector in Ethiopia for over 30 years.
Recently, AZ PLC has started setting up a steel tubes and profiles manufacturing plant in Addis Ababa, specifically in Nefas Silk Lafto sub-city, near Haile Garment. AZ PLC is now inviting qualified and enthusiastic professionals to apply for the following available positions.
Position 1: Internal Auditor
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Experience: At least 3 years of direct work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Experience: At least 3 years of direct work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to perform payroll, taxes, government compliance, and general accounting tasks and produce timely financial statements. Should be able to handle responsibilities under pressure.

Position 3: Senior Cost Accountant
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a cost accountant.
Must be able to manage inventory movement on the system and reconcile with physical count periodically. Proficiency in Peachtree and Microsoft Office is required. Must be able to accumulate and allocate costs and handle responsibilities under pressure.

Position 4: Export Manager
Education: Minimum of a bachelor's or BSc in marketing, management, business administration, or international business. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of service in an Ethiopian commodity export business, of which at least 4 years should be in coffee, oilseed, and pulse export management.
A minimum of 3 years in coffee export is mandatory. A successful track record in sales and a career progression are required.

Position 5: General Manager
Education: MSC/BSC in Industrial or Mechanical Metal Engineering, MBA/BA in Management or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of service, of which at least 3 years should be as a general manager in a steel manufacturing business.
Should possess team building, decision-making, communication, time management, and computer literacy skills.

Position 6: Human Resource Officer
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, or Related Fields
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct work experience as a human resource officer, preferably in a PLC.
Must have knowledge of computers and database management.

Position 7: Executive Assistant & Secretary
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or University Diploma or equivalent in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a secretary, of which at least 2 years must be as an executive secretary.
Must have excellent computer skills, communication, and coordination abilities.
