Position 1 General manager
Job Requirements
Educational back ground
• M A/B.A degree in marketing, Economics, Business management or related fields.
Work Experience
• 6/ 8 Years Related work experience out of which at least 2/ 3 years in analogous
Position especially in Trading Company.
Major Duties and responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve company goals.
• Responsible for short- term and long- term planning, drive initiatives throughout the management team and in the organization that contribute to long- term operational excellence
• Conduct weekly, yearly and periodic functional meetings with direct reports to review former period all activities of the company, customer survey and satisfaction and to keep employees up to date with company and industry behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain popular and resource allocation plans
• Delegate responsibilities to the best- good employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and artistic values
• Directs inferior department heads to include prioritizing and assigning work; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures; and, making hiring, termination, and correctional decisions and recommendations.
• Prepare periodic Budget, functional plan and strategic plan for the company.
• Expected to improve efficiency and increase gains while managing the overall operations of a company.
Position 2 Marketing & Sales Department Manager
Job Requirements
Educational back ground
• B.A degree in Marketing, Economics or related Field
Work Experience
• 6 Years out of which at least 2 years in Similar Position.
Major Duties and responsibilities
• Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
• Conducting expansive Market research on competitors ’ products and services.
• Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company product and services.
• Represent the marketing team tocross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
• Preparing and presenting daily and periodic budget and reports to Chief Executive officer.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
Position 3 Internal Auditor
Job Requirements
Educational back ground –
• B.A degree in Accounting or Accounting & finance Work Experience –
• 6 Years applicable work Experience especially in Trading, mall or Hotel Business.
Major Duties and responsibilities
• Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with original and transnational stylish practice. • Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations ’ effectiveness, fiscal reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Evaluating risk management activities within the organization.
• Determining the organization’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Evaluating and making recommendations that can assist in improving internal control.
• Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
