Ethiopost is Ethiopia’s principal postal service provider, with over 600 branches across the country. Ethiopost’s new vision is to be a global leader in postal services and a preferred partner in logistics, financial, and government services. 
 Ethiopost is a state-owned enterprise (SOE) tasked with the establishment and expansion of postal services in the country. It's the designated postal operator (DPO) that provides postal services throughout the Ethiopian territory in order to fulfill the government’s universal service obligation (USO). 

Position 1: Site Supervisor

Qualifications: Degree in COTM Engineering and Civil Engineering. 
Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring their performance to ensure the loftiest standards of work quality and productivity. 
Develop and apply preventative maintenance programs for all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to minimize downtime and maximize functional efficiency. 
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, repairs, and projects to ensure timely completion and minimum disruption to facility operations. 

Position 2: Senior Legal Analyst 

Qualifications: Degree with 2 years of experience or College Diploma, TVET position IV with 4 years of experience. 
Responsibilities: Analyze indigenous, public, and international laws, draft legislation, and cassation opinions to identify their applicability and implicit impact on Ethiopost’s operations. 
Monitor and investigate draft laws and policy initiatives to provide the company with early awareness of arising legal developments and enable visionary participation in the lawmaking process through well-set inputs. 

Position 3: Internal Audit and Compliance Supervisor 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance with 3 years of applicable experience. 
Responsibilities: Based on the audit work assigned to him or her by the Director, he plans the start of each work, the time it'll take, other resources needed for the work, and the time each work will be completed. 
When the plan is approved and returned, he discusses the plan with the inspection team and prepares the delegates to enable the audit work to be carried out at the expected cost and quality level. 
Before the start of the audit, he or she prepares a discussion agenda to hold an audit introductory meeting with the senior officers and managers of the Enterprise, informs the date and time of the discussion to those who'll participate in the discussion, takes minutes during the meeting, and makes the participants sign them. 

Position 4: Contract and Counseling Manager 

Qualifications: a degree in LLB with 4 years of experience. 
Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing policies and commercial governance documentation. 
Conducting expansive legal research based on customer requirements and questions to provide accurate and timely advice. 
Establishing contracts for service agreements between customers and suppliers. 
Advising on the legal counteraccusations of accession strategies.
