Position 1 Junior Architect( Vacancy code – Design001/2024)
Position Overview/ Scope of Role This role is responsible for Developing design solutions for varied aspects of the venture.
Roles and Responsibilities Conceptualizing and designing buildings perceive shopper wants, create original sketches, and develop abstract designs. Proposal Presentation Prepare presentations for shoppers and stakeholders that illustrate the design concept and its features.
Design solutions Develop design options for varied features of the venture, similar to the format, operation, look, sustainability, and accessibility of the building.
Collaboration Collaborate with engineers and different specialists to combine varied construction programs Design Development creating architectural plans, drawings, and fashions that show the detailed design of the building and its elements.
Specialized Documentation produces detailed construction paperwork, together with architectural drawings, specs, and material selections.
Code compliance ensures that the construction documents adjust to the affiliated codes, standards, and rules
Qualification and Requirements
• BSc in Architecture.
• Applicants should be willing to relocate and work outside Addis Ababa

Position 2 Site Engineer( Vacancy Code – Ope003/2024)
Scope of the role
• To assist the On-Site Engineering per the affiliated scope necessities, ensuring that each one set up/ statutory/ consultants/ native authorities approvals and pointers are applied on the website always and that the Contract Specifications and Requirements are upheld as per the Company QA/ QC insurance policies. Staff & Labour Performance Efficiencies are to be recorded and reported daily to senior management. Contract Engineering documentation and Delivery requirements are to be disseminated by the Site Engineer
Job Requirements
• BSc in Civil Engineering or related field of examination
• 3 years of affiliated work expertise( experience at transnational firm is an added benefit)
