Anbessa Travel is one of the leading tour operators, car rental, and travel management companies with over 12 years of experience in the industry. We're expanding our travel management and event services and looking for a devoted and educated Junior Deals and Marketing Engineering Officer to join our team.
Position 1: Junior Deals and Marketing Engineering Officer
Key Responsibilities
• Establishing new relationships with implicit clients and maintaining existing
ones.
• Generating deals leads following up after original contact and working on
securing orders.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements.
Educational Requirements
• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering preferably power or control, or
Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities
• Collect and file fiscal documents from colorful units, balance the diurnal records, and prepare evidence wastes and supporting documents.
• Maintain tracers for all suspension accounts and check the agreement of the total with the separate general ledger balance.
• Prepare reports on suspense accounts, depreciation & amortization expenses as per schedule agreed with the Company.
• Train/ Coach and mentor officers inferior officers of the team.
• Performs other affiliated duties as assigned by the immediate administrator.
• Follow up on suspense & abnormal accounts, handle the reconciliation process, and prepare the necessary schedules on time.
• Receive payment documents, and checks for the fulfillment of all documents required & keep them until the beneficiary comes and affects the payments.
• Communicate with the concerned organ for settlement of long outstanding items.
Educational Requirements
• B.A degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years of applicable experience.
Position 3: Ticketing Agent
Key Responsibilities
• Handle ticketing services for domestic and transnational flights.
• Utilize Galileo or Travelport systems for booking and issuing tickets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and travel advice.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IATA regulations and travel policies.
• Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other affiliated services.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight ticketing
• Proficiency in using Galileo or Travelport systems or similar software.
• IATA certification is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Position 4" Senior Sales, Marketing and Business Development officer
Key Responsibilities
• Development and implementation of marketing plan and strategies to achieve company objects
• Conduct request research to analyze customer requirements preferences and competitor active
• Promotes the company products by attending colorful events
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and ameliorate service quality.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Position 5: Junior Sales And Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities
• Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments for existing
and prospective guests
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ implicit customers
meet their requirements
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon deals targets and issues within the schedule
• Supply management with reports on customer requirements, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and implicit for new products and services
Requirements and skills
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

Educational Requirements
