Aggar Micro Finance 

Aggar MFI is the first marketable private Microfinance established by Proclamation No 40/96 which is presently replaced by Proclamation No. 626/2009 to serve the “ missing middle ” to provide credit and saving services in civic and pastoral areas of the Country. 

The founders envisioned addressing both social and profitability objectives. Aggar was established by 443 shareholders with a paid-up capital of Birr. Currently, its shareholders have grown to further than 750, its paid-up capital to further than 200 million, and its total means to more than 410 million. 
 Aggar Micro Finance S.C. wants to recruit qualified professionals for the following Vacant Positions. 

Position 1: Credit Analyst/ Appraisal

Qualification MA/ BA in Economics/ Management/ Accounting/ Banking and Finance or related field 
Experience 3/5 Years of applicable experience in related positions in Micro Finance or Banks 
Place of work Addis Ababa 

Position 2: Administrative Secretary

QualificationBA Degree/ College Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management/ related fields. 
Experience 4/6 years in secretarial position 
Place of work Addis Ababa 

Position 3: Credit Portfolio Analyst 

Qualification MA/ BA in Economics/ Management/ Accounting/ Banking and Finance or related field 
Experience 3/5 Years of applicable experience in related positions in Micro Finance or Banks 
Place of work Addis Ababa 

Position 4: Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance Service 

Qualification MA/ BA Degree in Accounting/ Management or related field 6/8 years of applicable experience; 
Experience3 of which in senior positions in Micro Finance or Banks 
Place of work Addis Ababa 

Position 5: Driver 

Qualification Grade 8 Complete & 3rd grade driving license 
Experience 3 years of driving experience 
Place of work Addis Ababa
