Position 1: Junior Microbiologist
Required Qualifications BSC Degree in biology or biochemistry or related field( essential)
Duties and Responsibilities
- O Year experience
- Isolate and make cultures of bacteria or other microorganisms in prescribed media, controlling moisture, aeration, temperature, and nutrition.
- Perform microbiological tests on water, ingredients, raw materials, intermediate products and final product and the environment to descry dangerous microorganisms and to obtain information about sources of pollution and contamination.
- Examine physiological, morphological, and artistic characteristics, using microscope, to identify and classify microorganisms in air, water and raw materials.
- Follows and supervises the water treatment plants for bottled water,
- Inspect inputs work- in- process and final product for conformance to the established standards.
- Calibrating microbiological testing devices
- Apply known principles, methods and techniques of microbiology and develop an applicable controlling procedure
- Recording, analyzing and interpreting data-
- record, analyse and interpret all microbiological tests and analyses
- Perform other related duties as required

Position 2: Hygiene Operative – night Shift
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in food hygiene, hygiene officer
- Knowledge of food process & safety regulation
- Attention to detail & commitment quality
- former cleaning experience
- Good communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible through and firmly cleaning of the factory *Carry out all visual checks in accordance- with documented procedure
- Effective completion on cleaning paper work
- * Carry out all factory cleaning tasks as schedules & follow up instruction.
- Ensure safe practice are adhered to health & safety is top priority on production floor.
- * Reporting of anynon-conformance and anomalies or broken outfit
- * Maintain food safety at all times upon the principle of HACCP

Position 3: Micro Biologist
Required Qualifications BSC Degree in biology or biochemistry or relaated field (essential)
Duties and Responsibilities
- 1 year of experience as a microbiologist (essential).
- ability to plan and execute experimental protocols.
- Excellent knowledge of electron microscopes, electronic equipment, chemical samples, and stains and weighing equipment.
- Highly professed in microbiology techniques, methodology, equipment and supplies.
- In- depth knowledge of laboratory tests used in microbiology work.
- complete in methods and practices of microbiological analysis.
- Great ability to prepare research papers and specialized reports.
- Analytical thinker with strong abstract and research skills.
- Strong leader who displays accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT and math skills.
- Excellent laboratory skills.
- Willingness to keep up- to- date with current information and research.
