Position 1 Customer Service Executive – I (Fresh Graduate)
Qualifications BA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Banking and finance, and related business fields.
Experience
• No previous experience is required.
• Only Graduates of the year 2023G.C with a minimum CGPA of2.5 and above
Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling frontal line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Essential Function
• Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
• Initiates cash transfer from/ to cash,
• Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
• Collects pays cash and debit/ credit the separate accounts,
• Checks and balances physical cash with the Cashier,
• Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers and,
• Perform other duties as required.

Position 2 Credit Information Officer
Qualification BA in Accounting/ Management/ Economics/ Business Administration or related fields.
Experience 3 years of applicable experience in the Banking industry of which 1 year as an Officer Position in the credit area.
Purpose of the Job To maintain and safeguard credit files and secure documentation;

Position 3 Customer Service Administrative – II
Qualification BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.

Position 5 Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualification BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience 7 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of applicable banking experience of which at least 2 times as senior Officer in a banking operation position.
Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross-dealing the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, perfecting customer services and building strong customer relationships to maximize coffers mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.

Position 6 Security Guard – I
Qualification 8th Grade Complete
Experience two/ 2 years of applicable experience in Military/ Police service OR
Qualification 10th/ 12th Grade Complete
