Position 1 Junior Audit Officer
Education

Experience

Responsibilities
- Conducting audits of financial statements to assess their accuracy, completeness, and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles( GAAP) or international financial reporting standards( IFRS).
- Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls to ensure the safeguarding of assets, prevention of fraud, and adherence to company policies and procedures, Ensuring that the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual agreements.
- Identifying and evaluating risks within an organization’s operations and suggesting measures to mitigate those risks.

- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order processing, and distribution activities.

- Collaborate with management and audit teams to develop risk-grounded audit plans. Identify crucial inspection areas, set objects, and define the compass of audit engagements.
- Lead and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with internal audit procedures and applicable regulations. Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of financial data, internal controls, and functional processes.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures. Identify and assess implicit risks that may impact the association’s performance and compliance.
