Omo Bank is seeking interested and qualified individuals to apply for the following job positions.
Omo Microfinance is moving closer to becoming a full bank. It is the third microfinance institution to make this transition, following Amhara and Oromia Savings and Credit Institutions.

Omo was among the five largest microfinance institutions in Ethiopia, along with Amhara, Oromia, Addis, and Dedebit.
These institutions hold 82.6% of the total capital, 90% of the savings, and 85.9% of the credit in the microfinance market.
OMO Bank Arba Minch District is inviting qualified and competent external candidates to apply for the following vacant positions.
Position 1: Senior Innovation & Product Development Officer
Education: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
Location: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Intelligence & Research Officer
Education: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
Location: Head Office
Position 3: Manager, Research, Innovation and Product Development Division
Education: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, HRM, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 7 to 8 years of relevant banking experience, of which 2 years must be in managerial or supervisory roles.
Location: Head Office
Position 4: District Manager III
Education: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 9 to 10 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions, of which 4 years must be in supervisory roles.
Candidates should also be familiar with the local working environment.
