Ethiopost is Ethiopia’s principal postal service provider, with over 600 branches nationwide. Ethiopost’s new vision is to be a global leader in postal services and a preferred partner in logistics,  fiscal and government services. 

Ethiopost is a state-owned enterprise( SOE) tasked with the establishment and expansion of postal services in the country. It's the designated postal operator( DPO) that provides postal services throughout the Ethiopian territory in order to fulfill the government’s universal service obligation( USO). 
Ethiopian would like to invite good and interested job seekers to apply for the following vacant position. 

Position 1: Junior CCTV Camera Officer

Qualification 
Degree in IT, CS, and related fields with 0 years of experience or College Diploma TVET level IV with 2 years of experience 

Responsibilities 
Utilize surveillance cameras, alarm systems,X-Ray and other security equipment to monitor the premises. 
Strong communication skills 
Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders. 
Strong understanding of technology and ability to leverage technology to enhance  functional  effectiveness and effectiveness including identifying opportunities to automate processes, implementing new technologies, and improve data management.

Position 2: Junior delivery Officer 

Qualification 
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is a plus. 
At least 1 years of experience in a customer- facing role, preferably in a governmental or embassy-related environment. 
Strong communication skills in English and Amharic( knowledge of other original languages is a plus).

Responsibilities 
Customer Interaction Provide  frontal- line service to customers applying for U.S. passports, answer queries, and guide applicants through the process. 
Data Entry & Documentation Accurately input applicant data into the system, ensuring all required documentation is submitted correctly and securely. 
Payment Processing Manage payments for passport services and handle transactions in a timely and accurate manner. 
Coordination with the Embassy system Work with U.S. Embassy officials and the Ethiopia team to ensure all passport applications are processed and delivered efficiently. 
Record Keeping Maintain proper records of all passport  operations, payments, and customer interactions. 
Security and Confidentiality Safeguard applicant data and ensure all sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with security protocols.
