Position 1: Child Care Assistant  

About the Job  

  1. Provide constant supervision and ensure the safety of children in the childcare facility.  
  2. Plan and engage children in age-applicable activities, including games, arts and crafts, liar, and inner play.
  3. Assist in educational activities and promote cognitive, emotional, and social development.  
  4. Maintain a clean and aseptic environment, including diaper changing, handwashing, and serving meals snacks following health and safety guidelines.
  5. Maintain open communication with parents guardians, providing updates on children’s progress and any issues that may arise. 
  6. Ensure that all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed diligently. 
  7. Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, and diurnal activities. 
  8. Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate  administrator.  

Education and Experience Diploma In Nursing with 1 years of experience. 

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.  

Position 2: Child Care Officer  

About the Job  

  1. Provide direct care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety, security, and overall well- being. Examiner children’s conditioning,  geste, and interactions to maintain a positive and nurturing  terrain.
  2. Build trusting  connections with children and give emotional support.
  3. Implement behavior operation strategies to address  grueling  behaviors and promote positive underpinning. Work with children to develop applicable social chops and conflict- resolution techniques.
  4. Maintain accurate and over- to- date records of each child’s progress, behavior, and development. Prepare reports and documentation for internal records.
  5. Handle crises or emergencies appropriately, following established protocols and procedures. insure the safety of children and take necessary actions to mitigate risks. 
  6. Serve as an advocate for children within the facility or association, ensuring that their requirements and rights are respected. Liaise with external agencies,  similar as social workers or healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for the children. 
  7. Organize and participate in recreational and leisure activities for children to promote physical and social development. 
  8. Maintain regular communication with the parents or guardians of the children, furnishing updates on their progress and addressing any  enterprises. 
  9. Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.  

Education and Experience Degree in Nursing, Psychology, Sociology with 2 years of experience or College Diploma TVET level IV with 4 years of experience  

Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
