Job Description

 • Is responsible to make Check  frontal office customer service support at the branch.  

• will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries,  

• handles cash andnon-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.  

Job Requirements  

Education Requirements  

• Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies. 

Experience Requirement  2 (Two) years of applicable experience in a Bank.  

Competencies Required  

• Understands the  introductory mechanisms of general financial products and services.  

• Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.  

• Ability to respond to  introductory client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.  

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Job Description  

The Senior Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Officer is responsible for managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process of new employees in the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to identify job requirements, create job descriptions, and evaluate resumes and applications. They will also facilitate the canvassing  process, background checks, and reference checks. also, they will develop and manage new employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace.  

Responsibilities  

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job conditions and create job descriptions.  

2. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other applicable channels.  

3. Screen resumes and applications, and assess candidate qualifications.  

4. Conduct phone and in- person interviews, and evaluate candidate responses.  

5. Facilitate background checks and perform reference checks.  

6. Develop and manage new employee onboarding programs.  

7. Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure the onboarding process is effective and effective.  

8. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
