Position: Human Resource Management Officer (Re-Advertise)
Essential Function
• Prepares recruitment minutes by receiving results from the interview panel,
• Prepare vacancy advertisements and send them to media and notice boards after approval,
• Handle and maintain personnel records of all staff related to employment, promotion, transfer, appointment, payment adjustment, termination, and other personnel details; amends records as required,
• Handles internal/ external recruitment and employee benefits activities of the Ban,
• Follows up on the timely delivery of performance evaluations of probationary period employees from head office and branches,
• Consolidate accrued periodic leaves and other leaves of all staff,
• Keep, maintain, and update the human Resource Database,
• Performs other related duties as required
Job Requirement
• BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably in the banking industry, of which at least 1 year is an applicable officer position.
