Position 1 Senior – Data Analytics and Information Systems Auditor  

Educational Qualification Required  

BSc in Data Sciences, Statistics, or related field plus a minimum of six( 6) years ’ proven experience as a Data Critic or analogous role which is preferably in an Audit or Risk Management within the banking or fiscal services industry.  Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor( CIA), pukka Fraud Examiner( CFE), or pukka Information Systems Auditor( CISA) are an added advantage.  The job holder is responsible for analyzing and interpreting large volumes of financial and functional data to identify risks, detect anomalies, and provide precious insights to enhance the Bank’s internal controls and risk management processes. He or she will directly contribute to maintaining the Bank’s compliance with nonsupervisory requirements and mitigating implicit risks. He or she will work closely with auditors and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, automate audit processes, and deliver data-driven audit reports.

Position 2 Branch Manager – Class IV Branch  

Educational Qualification Required  BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics plus a minimum of 8 years of applicable banking experience of which 3 years in an administrative position.  The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by inferiors. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budgets,  functional plans, and activity and progress reports.

Position 3 Project Supervisor  

Qualification & Experience  BSC Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology & Management, Computer Courses in Engineering Plus a minimum of 5 years in Construction Work Experience, with at least 3 times as site supervisor/ Project Manager or Resident Engineer.  Certifications –  – Auto CAD, Certificate is Mandatory  – SAP and Arch CAD is an Added Advantage.  Job Summary  The job holder prepares a variety of legal documentation; Reviews legal documentation prepared for the Bank or arising from the work of the Bank; Provides legal advice to indigenous managers and staff in all areas of the Bank’s activities and proffers solutions to legal problems, constraints, risks, options, consequences, and approaches.  Place of Work Ambo and Dire Dawa Town( No HO/ 00400/ 24)  

Position 4 Customer Service and Operation Manager I  

Qualification & Experience  BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of 5 years ’ experience with at least 3 years at functional work.  Job Summary  The jobholder is responsible for managing the customer service function at the Branch and ensuring functional excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels supporting the Bank’s growth.

Position 5 Branch Manager Class III Branch  

Qualification & Experience  BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related discipline plus a minimum of 9 years of applicable banking experience of which 3 years in an administrative position.  Job Summary  The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The retainer leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budgets, functional plans,n and activity, and progress reports. The job holder participates in colorful community activities and keeps in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.
