The Bank was established by 486 founding shareholders with a paid-up capital of Birr24.2 million and started banking operations on Feb. 13, 1995. Notwithstanding global and domestic challenges, Awash Bank has exhibited superior functional and fiscal performance among private banks operating in Ethiopia. Position 1 System Administrator II  

Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines with a minimum of four( 4) years in System administration.  

Responsible for the specialized functions within each system, including system upgrades, custom implementations, and the general upkeep of each system. In addition, collaboration with business lines to develop and maintain tools, processes, and dependable data that help the Bank make further effective business decisions. Involves in the development of systems guidelines, procedures, and standards to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security of systems as well as evaluates system capacity and expansion plans.  

Required Knowledge & Skills  

• Strong hands-on/ specialized knowledge of core Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS SQL, DNS, MS Exchange, SharePoint, etc.  

Advanced knowledge of applications similar to Oracle web logic or IBM WebSphere Application Server and Microsoft or original certification in applicable programs( added advantage).

Position 2 Senior – Information Systems Auditor  

Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology & Information Systems or BA Degree in Business affiliated field plus a minimum of 6(6) years ’ experience in banking operations with a minimum of 3 (Three) years in Information Systems Auditing. Certifications in IT Auditing are Mandatory.  Place of Work Addis Ababa  

Position 3 Principal – Digital Marketing Officer  

Qualification & Experience Degree in Marketing, Business, or original field. A minimum of eight( 8) years of marketing and research experience.
