Position 1: IT Auditor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Education Qualification
Degree or original in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field of studies.
Work Experience 5( Five) years of applicable banking experience of which, minimum of 1 year as IT- Cyber Security Risk Management Officer or Business Continuity Management Officer or 2 years on IT related areas as Officer.

Training/ Certifications CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), ITIL Expert or ITIL Master, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert( CCIE), pukka Information Security Manager (CISM), PMP( Project Management Professional), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Work Experience 3( Three) years of applicable experience Roles and Responsibility Maintain and update the bank’s website with applicable and accurate information;
Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure timely updates; Monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience; Create engaging and instructional content for colorful social media platforms;
Manage social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments, and monitoring conversations;
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement; Stay up- to- date with social media trends, tools, and stylish practices; Create compelling and applicable content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics;
Monitor online mentions and reviews of the bank on colorful platforms;
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
