Position 1 COMPANY SECRETARY
Qualification Required & Experience Master/ Bachelor Degree in Law, Organizational Leadership, Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages and Literature, Information Sciences, Political Science and International Relations, or any other related field of study; with8/10 years of applicable work experience of which there (3) years should be as directorial position in Banking
Knowledge and understanding of the Financial Sector and Banking Industry. Customers in tract, dispatches and publishing terrain are desirable
Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to ensure that the Bank complies with applicable legislations s and regulations and keep Board members informed of their responsibilities and advising the board on all governance matters. The positions is also responsible for documentation of the Bank’s bye- laws and provide information on matters of Shareholders.

Position 2 MANAGER, AUDIT
Qualification Required & Experience Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or any other field with6/8 years of applicable experience of which at least 2 years should be as Principal or senior officer or equivalents.
To provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting services to the Bank in general and the northern indigenous office inparticular.The position is also responsible for Auditing activities and consolidates periodic reports of the auditors under his/ her domain

Position 3 PRINCIPAL CORPORATE COMMUNICATION OFFICER
Qualification Required & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing management or related field with Six(6) years of applicable work experience To prepare detailed media reports, press releases, and marketing materials and deliver timely, complete and accurate information for internal and external stakeholders

Position 4 PRINCIPAL ASSET, LIABILITY AND OPERATION RISK OFFICER
Qualification Required & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or affiliated field with Six( 6) years of applicable work experience To carry out the asset liability and functional risk management activities in line with internal and nonsupervisory requirements and promotes a hreat operation culture across the Bank; to insure that the position of threat is maintained at respectable limits.
