Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. The company was established in 1994 with a paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of Birr 150 million, contributed by 717 shareholders. 

The bank commenced its operation on 28 October 1999 with 27 employees. It joined the banking industry as the sixth private bank licensed in the country.

Position 1: Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Supervisor 

Educational Qualifications: B.A. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking & finance, or related fields of study is required. 
Work Experience & Required Skills: 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years as a Senior Planning and Monitoring Officer or in other related job positions. 
The salary will be determined based on the bank's salary scale and will include attractive fringe benefits.

Position 2: District Internal Control Supervisor 

Educational Qualifications: M.A./B.A. A degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking and finance, or related fields of study is required.
