Position 1 Customer Service Supervisor Grade – I
Educational Level and Work Experience BA Degree in Economics or Accounting or Management Business Administration Finance and Accounting or other business-related field of study with 2 (Two) years of experience in Banking operations. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for countersigns on ticket vouchers and authorizes deals. To follow up on all cheque clearance activities and accounts of a suspense nature. Ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other affiliated tasks.

Position 2 Branch Manager – Grade- I
Educational Level and Work Experience BA degree in Management or Economics Accounting & Finance Marketing Banking & Finance Business Administration or other business field of study with 3( Three) years ’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1() year in an administrative position The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows- up and evaluates Branch’s operations targets on established performance parameters. He or she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high-quality service. He or she identifies and recruits implicit customers and provides professional advice.
