Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification BA degree holder from recognized advanced learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other affiliated field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.
Place of Work Hawassa.

Position 2: Customer Handling and Experience Officer
Qualification BA degree holder from recognized advanced learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other affiliated field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in call center, customer service, research activity, quality assurance and related.
Language Proficiency Ability to communicate in multiple original and foreign languages is profitable.

Position 3: Senior Digital Banking Operation Officer
Qualification BA degree holder from recognized advanced learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Digital Banking Operation Officer.

Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer I
Qualification BA degree holder from recognized advanced learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer
Place of Work Aweday and Hawassa.

Position 5: Manager, IT Service Desk & Auxiliary Systems
Qualification BSc preferably MSC degree from a recognized advanced learning institution in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Information Systems or related field of discipline.
Experience Must have 6 years of work experience with at least 4 years’ service at administrative or directorial level out of which at least 2 years in support/ supplementary banking operations.
Additional Requirement ITIL or any IT certification is preferable.
