Position 1: Customer Care Associate
Required Qualification and Experience
EducationBachelor’s degree in Deals and Marketing, operations, or related fields
Experience 0 – 1 year of experience in client service.
Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills in English, Amharic, Afan Oromo are required; other original languages preferred.
Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Customer Experience Associate
Required Qualification and Experience
EducationBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related fields
Experience: No previous experience required
• Excellent communication skills in Afan Oromo, Tigrigna, or other original languages, in addition to Amharic, are preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
