Qualification BA Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking and Finance/ Management/ Economics or other related fields with 1 year of Experience in Banking operations as a client Service officer.
Job Description
• Will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
• Handles cash and cash deals and all customer requests at the branch.
• Maintain proper Records and Files
• Effects periodic payments on time.
• Prepare and Send Reminders for overdue Documents.

Position 2 Customer Service Officer- II
Qualification BA Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking and Finance/ Management/ Economics or other related fields, with 1 year of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
Job Description
• Takes the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.
• Checks and counter signs tickets and negotiable instruments.
• Handles international money transfers like a Western Union.
• Ensures that accounts are opened properly, and the necessary details are put into the system properly.
