Kuriftu Resorts & Spa, a brand of Boston Partners PLC, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. 
 Kuriftu Africa Village is thrilled to advertise the opening of a brand-new African village resort near Ashew Meda. We're currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team in the following positions. 

Position 1: Resort Receptionist 

Qualifications & Requirements 
 Diploma or BA in hotel management, and marketing;  fresh hospitality training preferred. 
 Proven experience as a receptionist or frontal office agent in a hotel or resort environment. 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
 Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. 
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
 Fluency in English, and French. 
 Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
 Location Kuriftu Africa village( Ashewa media) 

Position 2: Building Administrator 

Qualifications & Requirements 
 Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 
 Proven experience in building administration,  installation operation, or a related role. 
 Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations. 
 Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed. 
 Location Addis Ababa, Bole Head office 

Position 3: Cost & Food and Beverage Controller 

Qualifications & Requirements 
 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or an affiliated field. 
 Proven experience in cost control, or FB Control rather in a resort or hotel environment. 
 Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and procurement processes. 
 Analytical skills with attention to detail. 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
 Location Addis Ababa, Bole head office 

Position 4: Sales and Marketing Representative 

EDUCATION 
 University degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing 
 Applicable WORK EXPERIENCE 
 • Minimum 3 to 7 years experience in Tourism and travel solutions sales, marketing, account management, and/ or project management in a marketable and business environment. 
 • Good Travel Industry knowledge is desirable 
 • Sales experience 
 BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING 
 Has a general knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals history, business, offer, strategy, technology, and organization 
 Location Addis Ababa 

Position 5: Spa manager 

Qualifications & Requirements 
 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Make- up or related field. 
 Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in an analogous leadership role. 
 Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
 Knowledge of spa products, treatments, and industry trends. 
 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 
 Location Kuriftu Africa village( Ashewa media) 

Position 6: Commercial Talent Development Manager 

Qualifications & Requirements 
 Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 
 Proven experience as a Talent Development Manager, Training Manager, or related role. 
 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
 Familiarity with or hands-on experience in colorful hotel departments( e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc. 
 Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus 
 Location Addis Ababa, Bole head office 

Position 7: Corporate Talent Development Manager 

Qualifications & Requirements 
 Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 
 Proven experience as a Talent Development Manager, Training Manager, or related role. 
 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
 Familiarity with or hands-on experience in colorful hotel departments( e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc. 
 Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
