Position 1 Air freight Specialist

Bachelor’s degree or original experience/ qualification

Competitive salary  In this Airfreight Specialist position 

You'll execute AFR Ops plans and processes to provide air freight forwarding for internal and external customers. 

You'll assess and interpret to provide requirements of the freight control center and to support and give the operations team the required details, information, and instructions for functional performance. 

You'll work on providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned carriers and flights required for operations performance. 

You'll participate to develop and execute plans for air freight products in a variety of different areas. 

You'll develop opportunities to expand business with new clients and continuously improve in-house customer services. 

You'll maintain close business relationships with existing clients, attend some customer visits, and achieve a desired level of customer retention. 

You'll manage day-to-day shipment documentation relating to current shipments. 

You'll identify opportunities to enhance air freight productivity, and effective resource allocation and utilization. 

You'll analyze and provide input for processes and systems to enhance service quality. 

You'll study and resolve issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices for AFR Ops focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency. 

You'll create and manage bookings through CW1 on both import and export. 

You'll prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/ Export documents. 

You'll identify performance issues of suppliers and propose solutions to improve said performance. 

You'll update shipment milestone/ timestamp information and physical status, and resolve customer issues and incidents.  

Position 2 Ocean Freight Specialist

  • 2 to 3 years of related experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or original experience/ qualification

In this Ocean Freight Specialist position 

  • You'll execute OFR Ops CS plans and processes to provide ocean freight services for internal and external customers. 
  • You'll assess and interpret the requirements of the freight control center and support and provide the operations team with the required details, information, and instructions for functional performance. 
  • You'll implement freight administration in providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned line haul. 
  • You'll participate to develop and execute plans for ocean freight products in areas  similar as perishables,  medicinal, aviation,etc. 
  • You'll develop opportunities to expand business with new clients and continuously improve in( 1) house customer services. 
  • You'll maintain close business relationship with being  guests, conduct customer visits and achieve a desired level of customer retention. 
  • You'll track account performances and provide yearly reports to management. 
  • You'll execute pricing strategy and respond to pricing enquiries in an effective and competitive manner.
  • You'll conduct day- to- day shipment documentation for freight forwarding, assist in development of shipping tenders and ensure on- time submission on applicable documents. 
  • You'll identify opportunities to enhance ocean freight productivity, and effective resource allocation and utilization. 
  • You'll analyse and provide input for processes and design systems to enhance service quality. 
  • You'll study and resolve issues in day- to- day delivery and implement practices for OFR Ops CS fastening on increasing effectiveness and efficiency. 
  • You'll create and/ or confirm transport orders, perform, and optimize bookings. 
  • You'll prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/ Export documents. 
  • You'll identify performance issues of suppliers and propose solutions to ameliorate performance. 
  • You'll update Customs shipment information and physical status, resolve customer issues and incidents.
