Droga Pharma Pvt.Ltd Co. is working in the pharmaceuticals import, non-commercial, and retail business, targeting the public as well as the private health sector of Ethiopia. Apart from the import business, our noncommercial division is also working to serve the healthcare facility and organizations that need pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.

Position: Graduate Trainee – Accountant
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
The Exit Exam result must be passed
CGPA should be between 2.75 and 3.25 only.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
Previous internship or entry-level accounting experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
Perform diurnal data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting records.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts outstanding/ receivable.
Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Assist in generating financial reports and statements.
Help ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
Assist senior accountants with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
