VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C.) is an Institution established according to Proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in the pastoral and civic areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country.
VisionFund MFI is presently looking for candidates for the following positions. The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the following requirements.
Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, previous experience, or on-the-job training.
At least a Diploma/ Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Public Administration, Rural Development, Cooperative, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or related fields study
At least one year of work experience
Specialized skills
Demonstrated specialized ability, sound judgment, and ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
Determined personality with action, perseverance, and the ability to motivate and manage a platoon;
Capability and amenability to take responsibility, and a largely advanced sense of integrity
Good knowledge of profitable and financial topics;
Good logical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
