Position 1 Officer Remittance  

Education  Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration any other applicable field  

Experience  At least 3 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer level II/ III or original  The contestant is responsible for assisting in the preparation of the plan, budget, and reports of the section, to follow- up the timely processing of the money transfers and the contract of agency agreement with the money transfer agents.  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 2 Officer, Export & Guarantee  

Education  Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration any other applicable field  

Experience  At least 3 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer level II/ III or original  This position is responsible for handling the export and Guarantee transactions, amendment, and cancellation.

Ensure export and Guarantee( direct and circular) amendments are timely advice, ensuring and checking letters of credit and cash against document shipping documents and Letters of credit, International Law, and NBE directives.  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 3 Officer, Permit  

Education  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any other applicable fields.  

Experience  

• At least 3 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer level II/ III or original  This position is responsible for processing permit applications in agreement with international rules, NBE, and the bank's regulations and policies.  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 4 Officer, Import Trade Services  

Education  Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration any other applicable field  

Experience  At least 3 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer level II/ III or original  This position is responsible for evaluating the acceptability, effectiveness, and efficiency of the bank’s internal control, risk management, and governance system and implementation of the Department’s Risk Based Audit Plan.

Position 5 Customer Service Officer- I  

Educational  • BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or in related fields.  

Work Experience  • At Least 1- year applicable experience  The purpose of this job is to serve customers, pay and receive cash and process transactions; sell the products and services of the bank, acquire new customers and open and maintain customer accounts, and manage customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction with full effort and maximum care as per the policy and procedure of the bank.  

Location Adigrat, Mekelle, and Shire; Tigray  

Position 6 Customer Service Officer III – Cashier  

Educational  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.  

Minimum Work Experience  
• At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as CSO I/ II level or original  This position is responsible for coordinating the cash movement of the bank responding to cash requests from Branches in a  visionary manner, and managing and organizing cheque concurrence exertion and preparing, revising and follow- up the bank’s budget.  

Location Mekelle, Tigray  

Position 7 Principal Officer- Credit Appraisal  

Educational  

• Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.  

Minimum Work Experience  

• At least 5 years applicable experience with 1 year as a senior Officer as a Professional/ Expert  This position is responsible for coordinating the credit risk due diligence assessment, monitoring, and processing loan operations, and appraisal processes to ensure the success of the Unit.  Location Addis Ababa  

Position 8 Deputy Banking Center Manager II  

Education  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields  

Experience  At least 5 years applicable experience with 2 years as Senior Officer/ CSO III or 1 year as Star Officer in an Administrative role  The contestant is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the functions of the banking Center; ensuring its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank and assigned targets; oversee the day- to day conditioning, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services; ensure that the activities of the banking center are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and applicable NBE directives.  

Location Adigrat and Mekelle, Tigray  

Position 9 Banking Center Manager  

Required qualifications and experience  

Education  BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other applicable fields.  

Experience  At least eight( 6) years of progressive applicable experience with a minimum of two( 2) years as a Branch Manager.  The incumbent is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the functions of the Branch( Banking Center).
