Aggar MFI is the first marketable private Microfinance established by Proclamation No40/96 which is currently replaced by Proclamation 626/2009 to serve the “ missing middle ” to provide credit and saving services in civic and pastoral areas of the Country. The founders envisioned addressing both social and profitability objectives. Aggar was established by 443 shareholders with a paid-up capital of Birr. Currently, its shareholders have grown to more than 750, its paid-up capital to further than 200 million, and its total assets to more than 410 million. Aggar Micro FinanceS.C wants to recruit good professionals for the following Vacant Positions  

Position 1 Credit & Savings Officer II  

Qualification BA degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.  

Work Experience 2/4 years of applicable experience in a finance Institution  

• Work experience must be verified and presented in writing while registration.  

• Qty 8  Place of work Addis Ababa & Adama  

Position 2 Attorney  

Qualification LLB/ Diploma in Law and related.  

Work Experience  

• 2/6 years of applicable experience  

• Work experience must be verified and presented in writing while registering.  

Place of work Hossana  

Position 3 Motorcyclist Postman  

Qualification 8th Grade complete & 1st Grade Driving License  

Work Experience 1 year of applicable experience  

• Work experience must be verified and presented in writing while registration.  

Place of work Head Office  

Position 4 Credit & Savings Division Manager  

Qualification BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields.  

Work Experience  

• Six( 6) years of applicable microfinance or banking experience 2 of which in senior positions  

• Work experience must be verified and presented in writing while registering.
