Academic & Professional Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or Related Field

The Junior Software Support Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day specialized support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of all reported problems related to core banking and interface applications.

Experience 

  • Minimum of four( 4) years of successful experience in banking or customer contact role  The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and living customers at assigned branch. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction to retain existing and implicit customers thereby generating  fresh business through cross-sell opportunities

Academic & Professional Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, economics, business administration, or other related fields  

Experience 

  • Minimum of Eight( 8) years applicable experience out of which two( 2) years in an administrative post  The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/ he will also coordinate the sales business development efforts of the branch.  The Branch Manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guide branch functional excellence. S/ he will prepare and submit periodic budgets, work plans, and activity and progress reports. In addition, the role holder is responsible for developing a competency assessment framework and taking a part in designing competency development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in the Bank.

Academic & Professional Qualification 

  • BA Degree from a Police or Military College 
  • Professional certifications similar to Certified Safety Professional( CSP) or original, are profitable.  

Experience 

  • Minimum of Eight( 8) years applicable experience out of which two( 2) years at middle or line management post.  Manager, Safety & Security – City/ Up Country supervises and coordinates the security operations and activities in the physical assets of the Bank found in Addis Ababa or outside of the city. The role holder ensures that the safety and security of the Bank’s holdings is maintained and assigns, directs, and controls security personnel of the Bank.
