Position Enterprise Strategy & Partnership, Manager  

Qualification  MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields of study.  

Experience  9 years of experience in applicable positions in the banking industry of which 2 years as Principal Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer or original position.  

Main Responsibilities  

1. Play an active role in the development of the strategic plan.  
2. Carry out strategic plan reviews and initiate strategic plan revisions as deemed applicable. 
3. Initiate process design/ improvement and related change insights to link the strategy with the operating model. 
4. Adopt statistical models for business target and budget forecasting.  
5. Coordinate the undertaking of strategic/ change initiatives or research.  
6. Prepare the periodic plan/ budget of the Bank in line with the strategic plan objectives.  
7. Assess the Bank’s market share and carry out periodic financial and non-financial performances as part of the monitoring and evaluation schemes. 
8. Conduct assessments on low- performing branches and propose performance enhancement recommendations.  
9. Performs other tasks that might be given by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
